Withdrawal requests from verified accounts are processed within twenty-four (24) hours on business days. Withdrawals are returned to the same payment method used for the original deposit. mlebet reserves the right to request additional verification documentation before processing any withdrawal. Bonus funds credited to your mlebet account must be wagered a specified number of times before they can be withdrawn as cash. The applicable wagering requirement multiplier is stated in the individual bonus terms. mlebet reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. Changes to ongoing promotions will not affect bonuses already credited to player accounts, provided that the applicable wagering requirements have not yet been met.
All games available on the mlebet Platform use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology audited by independent testing laboratories. Live dealer games are streamed from licensed studio facilities. mlebet does not manipulate game outcomes and has no ability to influence the results of any certified RNG game.
A bet is only valid once it has been confirmed and a bet reference number has been issued by the mlebet system. In the event of a technical failure before a bet reference number is issued, the bet will be considered void and any funds deducted will be returned to your account balance.
In the event of a game malfunction, system error, or manifest error in odds or payouts, mlebet reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to players. mlebet's decision in such matters is final. "Manifest error" means an obvious and palpable error that a reasonable person would immediately recognize as incorrect.
Sports betting markets on mlebet are governed by the specific rules applicable to each sport and competition, as published in the mlebet Sportsbook Rules section. In the event of a conflict between general Terms and sport-specific rules, the sport-specific rules shall prevail.

All content on the mlebet Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, game software, and the overall look and feel of the Platform, is the property of mlebet or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only.
You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content from the mlebet Platform without the prior written consent of mlebet.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, mlebet shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill, even if mlebet has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
mlebet's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your mlebet account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
mlebet reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, if it determines that you have violated these Terms, engaged in fraudulent activity, or if required to do so by PAGCOR or any other competent authority. Upon termination for cause, mlebet may forfeit any bonus balances in your account. Real-money balances will be returned to you after deduction of any amounts owed to mlebet, subject to completion of any outstanding verification requirements.
You may close your mlebet account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon closure, any remaining real-money balance will be returned to your registered payment method within five (5) business days, provided all KYC requirements have been satisfied and no outstanding wagering requirements apply to bonus funds.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines. mlebet's operations are regulated by PAGCOR, and any regulatory complaints may be directed to PAGCOR through its official channels.
mlebet reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via email or a prominent notice on the Platform at least seven (7) days before taking effect.
